Description
A group of teachers involved in some sort of an art project stand around a table at the back of a classroom. Several drawings of Japanese women are posted on the wall behind them. [The Boynton Normal Institute was a teacher education program run by Cyrus Boynton (father of Morrill Boynton) to prepare teachers for county exams. It was located in Los Angeles at the Stimson Block, a boarding house at 3rd and Spring Streets.]
