Photograph shows the Thermalito Power Canal being excavated. Written on back: Oroville Dam, California. The Thermalito Power Canal was being excavated when this picture was taken in the summer of 1966. This depth of the canal can be seen by the way it dwarfs the huge bulldozers working on the bottom.
