Title supplied by cataloger. Between November 5 to December 4, 1955, four model homes (foreground, left) of the Lincoln House and Garden Park and Pool Club development built by Tobin Co. were showcased. Tobin's Park and Pool plan was promoted to include a private community park surrounded by homes, set to be sold for $14,000, with a 70-foot swimming pool, a recreation building, and three play areas scattered over a two-acre parcel. During the home show, it was announced that 600 hundred families from the immediate area would receive a free membership to the club. Looking northeast over where the Tobin Park and Pool Homes show is taking place at Lincoln Avenue (running diagonally through the image) and Via Vista Drive. The small hexagonal building of the former Luebkeman/Anaheim Airport can be seen directly east of the home show. The outer parking area of the Lincoln Drive-In is present in the lower right corner. Photographed for Irwin Advertising Agency Model Homes & Home Show on November 22, 1955.
