Image of a head-and-shoulders portrait of American actor Robert Downing in costume as an Arabian character wearing a keffiyeh headscarf and gold jewelry; the poster advertises the play "The Saracen" by Alexander Dumas that was translated from the French and adapted by A. D. Hall.
Probable date based on general show history; Downing first performed in the play in 1890. "W J Morgan & Co / Lith. Cleveland, O."--text, lower right.
