Photograph caption dated February 2, 1959 reads "New officers of Panorama Democratic Club, who were installed by Councilman James Corman, fourth left (sic), are, from left, Mary Dunn, corresponding secretary; Milton Mankoff, treasurer; George Carroll, retiring president; Walter Kanat, second vice president; Gene Glushon, president; John Leggieri, first vice president, and Dolly Rodriguez, recording secretary. They took office in weekend ceremonies at sons of Norway Hall, Van Nuys."
