Description
Notes with this image state: "Upcoast from 17th Place." Large waves wash up against small buildings on the beach and against the base of the cliff. A concrete stairway from cliff to beach appears partly washed out. A row of telephone poles also stand at the edge of the water along the base of the cliff. DATE NOTES: Noted on image back. ORIG.
