Description
Volume 11 of the Sacramento Junior College newspaper, The Blotter hit campus on Friday, January 25, 1929. The paper published weekly and was made available every Friday of the academic calendar. Edited by Kathryn Uhl, and managed by Ray Crothers, the paper relied on the work of students attending the junior college. For the cost of 5 cents the paper provided students with the news specific to their campus and it also included information on other colleges, too.
