Title supplied by cataloger. WAVAW (Women Against Violence Against Women) picket in front of LA Magazine, located at 1888 Century Park East in Century City. The demonstrators were protesting the magazine's "violent ads". A spokesman for the magazine later admitted the ads in question were not acceptable to company policy, and had slipped through its safeguards, but promised the magazine would be more careful in the future. Photograph dated December 26, 1979.
