Photograph caption dated August 14, 1959 reads "Steve Wilson, left, and Peter Parson, both of Boy Scouts Troop 87, Sunland-Tujunga District, Verdugo Hills Council, received their Eagle Scout award from Frank Mosher, district scout executive. Other awards were also presented at Court of Honor." Verdugo Hills is in the Tujunga community of Los Angeles.
