Photograph was edited for publication purposes Photograph article dated January 28, 1962 partially reads, "A 31-year-old county flood control district worker from Sunland was being held on suspicion of murder today after he told officers he accidentally killed his 18-year-old wife with a rifle he had checked and found unloaded. Officers said Enrique Flores Acosta, 10842 1/2 McVine St., told them he and his wife of three months, Herlina Acosta, were playing a 'cops and robbers' game in the Pacoima home of his mother, Guadalupe Acosta, 13863 Desmond St., when the incident occurred." The suspect, Enrique Acosta hides his head. Says wife's killing was accidental.
