Across the desk, a large blueprint is held open by two small sticks. Additional paperwork and a telephone can also be seen on the desk. Both men wear a long-sleeved shirt, tie, and glasses. The man to the right has rolled up his sleeves. They both hold a pen in their right hands, and the man to the left points the pen to a section of the blueprint. A wooden cabinet can be seen behind the men against the wall, and another table is also visible.
