Description
Hyman Schulman, one of the 35 injured in the Garment Capitol Building blast, is shown covered with bandages and being treated in the receiving hospital. Schulman, proprietor of a garment firm on the fifth floor of the building, was just opening the door to his office when the blast came. Photo dated: Oct. 17, 1930.
