Photograph article dated November 3, 1960 partially reads, "All that was missing were the television cameras. Everything else was there at Wednesday night's 'great debate' between representatives of the City of Burbank, the Burbank Veterans Council and the Burbank Firemen's Benefit Association. The impassioned but restrained speakers, a panel of newsmen firing questions and an estimated crowd of 200 voters had all gathered at McCambridge Park for this discussion of what to do about fireworks and firemen in Burbank."
