"Heritage House, which Glen and Viola Curry once operated on the site of the Carl Greer Inn, has reopened at 2960 [i.e. 2690] Auburn Blvd., next door to the inn. Motel operator Greer had the $140,000 structure built by Kaufman-Reynolds, Inc., for lease by the Currys"
