Description
Devil's Golf Course in Death Valley was once a prehistoric lake and the formations were created when salt crusted over the mud. The formations are up to two feet high and continue by the ground water leaving salt upon evaporation. The location starts about 10 miles southwest of Furnace Creek. Mountains can be seen in the distance.
