Photograph article dated February 14, 1963 partially reads, "Cleveland and Taft high schools wound up the 1962-63 season in a tie for the championship but when it came time to name the Valley Times TODAY's all-West Valley League basketball team, Cleveland took top honors. Three Cleveland Cavaliers, Steve Marden, Randy Judd and Ronald 'Buzz' Waterstreet, all won first team laurels, with Waterstreet an easy choice as player-of-the-year. Taft High's all-purpose star, Allen Bennett, and Canoga Park's leading scorer, Mike Zambri, roundout the first team." Pictured is Steve Marden of Cleveland High School.
