Description
During the 2008 presidential campaign, candidate Barack Obama extended his campaign and messages from outside the US to Germany. The poster, created by Obama's campaign, was produced in a style similar to his campaign in the US, however distributed throughout Germany. The poster was created as an advertisement for a special speech Obama gave in Germany during the 2008 elections. This is unique in that race for presidency was literally extended by Obama into German popular culture and other parts of European society from the source.
