Description
Ralph M. Kovel and Terry H. Kovel discuss their book, “Kovel’s Know Your Collectibles.” They begin by explaining that antique collectors should collect out of passion, not for money. They talk about their other book about putting a monetary value on antiques. They describe how you know when something is valuable or just junk. They bring in several different valuable collectibles such as dolls, cans, china, signs, and antique jewelry. They talk about how to recognize labels, signatures, and insignia on the back of collectibles. They end the interview by discussing the increasing value of toys.
