On both sides of the street, lines of utility poles can be seen. At the center of the road, a single automobile can be seen driving towards the foreground. At left, two men can be seen. One man holds a hose, while the other washes down the road and points off to the left. A small pipe runs along the side of the road near the men into the extreme background. At right, a man can be seen driving a tracker on the soft dirt.
