Description
Leo F. Buscaglia discusses his book, “Leo Buscaglia’s Love Cookbook.” He begins by talking about how he came from a large Italian family, and wanted to recreate his recipes and feelings of warmth in this book. He talks about how he decided to co-write the book with his food critic friend Biba Caggiano. He discusses the importance of eating dinner with family and loved ones. He explains that most of the recipes in the book can be prepared ahead of time to make it easier while entertaining. He ends the interview by talking about how children should have a designated place at a family dinner table.
