Description
Photograph of a view of Crystal Falls (Number 8?) in Congress Springs, ca.1900. The water spills in smooth lines over the jagged rocks at center. It then flows in a light, smoke-like stream from the left side to the center in the foreground. On either side are piles of dark, shining rocks. A short, wooden bridge extends just a few feet above the falls with two men and a woman on top of the bridge as well as one man on the rocks of the fall underneath the bridge. Dry, thin branches surround the people on the bridge and obstruct the view in the foreground.
