Ocean Park today opened its first teenage night club. In a dedication ceremony, actress Lois Butler, 18, center, is shown presenting trophies to dance winners, Joyce Simpson, 14, and Paul Bautista, 15. Churches and police sponsor the club whose main purpose is to provide off-the-streets social activities for bay area teenagers. More than 200 youngsters attended "premiere".
