Photograph was edited for publication purposes Photograph article dated March 13, 1965 partially reads, "The planting of a giant Sequoia by members of local youth groups climaxed last Saturday's Youth Rally at North Hollywood Park. The event, sponsored by the North Hollywood Community Coordinating Council and the Department of Parks and Recreation, was designed to rededicate the park's Tree Trail and to plant additional trees. Program activities began with lighting of the council fire and included Indian ceremonial songs and dances by Iron Eyes Cody and his son, Little Eagle. Guest speaker was George Hjelte, director of the Greater Los Angeles Zoo." Photograph caption reads, "Iron Eyes Cody and his son, Little Eagle, whoop it up in ceremonial songs and dances during rededication of tree trail at North Hollywood Park."
