Photograph was edited for publication purposes Photograph caption dated March 4, 1954 reads "Overall view of Los Angeles City's rehabilitation center for alcoholics in Bouquet Canyon. So-called 'drunk farm,' built at cost of $2,220,000 will confine maximum of 600 persons." The article partially reads "The center is located at 2700 Bouquet Canyon Road in Saugus, about 40 miles north of the City Hall."
