Description
Noland & Blum, Proprietors and Managers. "The Heritage of the Red," an idyllic comedy in three acts by Herbert Bashford, author of "The Defiance of Doris," "Running for Governor," etc., produced under the personal direction of the Author. "The Ottamon [sic] used in this play furnished by Bloom's Star Shoe Store, 52 S. 2nd St., Agent for Union made shoes." Advertisement for dancing at Alum Rock Canyon on June, 18, 1908 and band concerts every Sunday afternoon by the Fifth Regiment Band. Musical program under direction of Leo Sullivan. Rules for audience behavior on back page include this special notice: "Persons expectorating on the floor are violating the city ordinance, which is a misdemeanor. Any person caught in the act will be prosecuted."
