Photograph caption dated August 29, 1988 reads, "'Hooperman' John Ritter (bearded for a movie role) with wife Nancy at the Pasadena Civic." Ritter was nominated for the Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series Emmy for his role as "Detective Harry Hooperman" in the series "Hooperman" (1987-1989). The Emmy Awards were held on September 28, 1988.
