Photograph shows debris left after the rioting that took place in Wilmington in the aftermath of the East Los Angeles outbreak. Reportedly, 50 Wilmington businesses from the 700 to 1200 block of Avalon Boulevard were damaged in the form of broken windows, looting, arson, and firebombs. It is not known if the man pictured is affiliated with the business where this rubble has been piled up. Photograph dated August 31, 1970.
