Photograph caption dated June 14, 1962 reads, "A Job For Beauty - Keen interest in the beautician industry has earned Elizabeth Johnson, center, the 1962 San Fernando Valley Guild, National Hairdressing Association, scholarship. A 1961 graduate of Van Nuys High School, Miss Johnson chose the Martinello Beauty School in Van Nuys for her training. Congratulating her are Alan Canfield, president, San Fernando hairdressing Guild, and Mrs. Irene Hood, Martinello manager."
