Description: Photograph article dated February 7, 1964 partially reads, "A dream home in a dream location awaits the family that chooses to build their future at Valley West in Simi Valley. Nestled between the hills of this beautiful smog-free haven, Valley West, which will comprise 1100 homes, is a project of the Larwin Co., one of the West Coast's largest builders and developers of homes and shopping centers." Pictured is the two-story Ridgeview, which if offered in a choice of six exteriors.
