Kenneth Rhodee (presenting cheese) Charles Vikers (Port manager presented with cheese) Connie Howden (majorette for Wisconsin's band). Supplementary material reads: "Gershon. City Desk. Daily. Illus. Cheesecake. Nos. 1-2: left to right: Kenneth Rhodee, drummer in Wisconsin's band here for Rose Parade, presents Charles Vickers, Port Manager of Long Beach with 75 pound slice of cheese from Wisconsin's famous dairies while his sister Connie Howden, leading Majorette for Wisconsin band looks on at Pierpoint Landing, Long Beach. Both had expressed desire to see Long Beach waterfront and were guests of Long Beach Harbor Department on tour. Long Beach includes heavy exports of cheese as principal cargoes going 'down to the sea'. Nos. 3-4: Same except Majorette Connie Howden presents cheese".
