Photograph caption dated October 23, 1963 reads, "Bill Tosetti, one of 40 Granada Hills shop owners victimized by vandals - believed to be juveniles - who shot holes in windows with a pellet gun, checks the damage at his store, 17632 Chatsworth St. Police estimate $8,000 to $10,000 of damage was done over the weekend to store windows along Chatsworth St. between Zelzah and Encino Aves. Parents are liable for damage committed by their children, according to officers."
