Description
Construction debris litters the ground by the newly-finished Statler Center facade facing Wilshire Blvd. A sign for Woodbury College is in the background. Photograph caption dated March 24, 1952 reads, "This photo shows the newly-completed section of the hotel. The Statler is the first in the west to have earthquake-proof units."
