Artist's sketch of the $250,000 Hawaii Theatre nearing completion at 4951 Hollywood Blvd. on April 21, 1940. The structure has a seating capacity of 1150 and is being leased for a long term by Albert A. Galston and Jay Sutton. Architect: Clarence G. Smale
