Display windows cover the long front facade at street level. The second floor has large, three-section, residential style windows. Stairs leading to the second floor are visible at far right. A sign on the stairs reads, "Dressmaking." The Woolworth entry doors each read, "Nothing Over 15"." An assortment of small merchandise fills the windows, including linens, candy, and food. A sign repeated three times along the upper windows, reads, "Our Beautifully Equipped 66-Stool Lunch Counter Will Be Open For Inspection Tuesday May 17th and For Business Wednesday May 18th; FREE CUP COFFEE ALL DAY TUESDAY."
