Photograph article dated July 16, 1963 partially reads, "The summer employment problem has been licked in one Valley home. The two resident teenagers are remodeling that place. Charles Noble, 19, drew some plans, got a go-ahead from his parents and permits from the city, and then enlisted the aid of his sister, Carolyn, 18. First, they tore out the windows and installed the louvered type. Then, because they couldn't get three cars into a space for two, they boy-girl team doubled the size of the garage."
