Description: Photo taken at night shows uniformed Long Beach American Legion Official Corps Marching Band. Six drums are prominent in the front row. The band is wearing World War I style helmets. The band stands on Locust Avenue, between Ocean Boulevard and First Street. A crowd of people behind the band hold up signs for a "Marathon Dance."
