Description
Photograph of a miniature golf course in Pico Boulevard and Vermont Avenue, ca.1930. To the right of the center, a group of men with iron clubs, who appear to be in the midst of a game, are observable they are standing on a course trail next to an obstacle. In the foreground, on a lower ground, another course trail can be seen with many obstacles made of cemented stone. Futher in the back, in the center, a small booth is visible with a sign on top which says: "GOLF", "Pico & Vermont Putting Course", and "18 Holes". Swinging chairs, large summer umbrellas and additional people are also viewable in the back. Trees fill in the backdrop.
