Photograph of a trolley cart near a rock quarry, Brush Canyon, 1909. At center, two men stand on the platform of a long trolley cart and pose beside another man in a tall rectangular box. The small box has windows on all its sides and a small light near its top can be see. Tall wooden rails line both sides of the platform, and the small rectangular box lies in the middle. To the right, a similar structure with three men standing on its platform can be seen. Behind both these platforms, long lines are carts can be seen stretching into the distance. In the background, an enormous wooden structure with ramps connected to the side of a mountain is visible. A man can be seen standing near one of the ramps. To the right, additional wooden structures can be seen on the mountain as well as vegetation. In the extreme foreground, various vegetation lies near the track to the left of the cart.
