Image of the U.S. Mail Steamship Company facility in Colón, Panama Canal zone (city known as Aspinwall to Americans at the time); railroad mail cars in foreground with lots of activity, mail steamships in background along docks; many of the mail boxes have labels including, "Wells Fargo," "Adams & Cos. Express," and "Runnels Express," and the mail cars are labeled "A.M. Hinkley's Passenger and Baggage Express" and "Specie U.S. Mails."
