Description
The window depicts an image of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, to whom the chapel is dedicated. The Jesuits, faculty, staff and students of the University at the time of the chapel’s dedication in 1955 well understood and appreciated the symbolism of Christ’s heart as representing the human and divine love of God for all people.
