Description: Shown is a circa 1950 menu for the 15,490-square-foot Coral Reef Restaurant, located at 2700 Fulton Avenue. Opened by the Maleville brothers - Elwood, Jack, and Buddy - in 1949, the Coral Reef brought a distinctly Polynesian flare to Sacramento and its capacity of 100 visitors.
