Description: Bill Hallamore was extremely sure that Governor Thomas E. Dewey would be the next President, so he said to Traffic Officer Lynn Cryar, By gosh, if Truman wins I'll carry you piggy-back across 7th and Broadway in broad daylight! This he did on November 4, 1948.
