Description
Letter from Edwin J. Wesely to CARE Inc. regarding streamlining the board committees and Board of Directors of CARE Inc. Wesely stresses the importance of implementing reforms that have already been met with acceptance from the directors and executive staff. He closes by stating the expectations for certain personnel.
