Description
Photographic postcard of an arch erected by the spanish colony in Tuguegarao. The center of the photo has a stone arch with the printed words "La Colonia Espaniola A Mgr Mauricio P Foley" on it. The top of the arch has two spaces cut into the stone. There is a flag extending above the right part of the arch. The arch extends over a road where people are walking in the distance. Several two story buildings line the left side of the road.
