Description
Photo of an anti-drug wall mural painted on an unidentified building by the Youth of Pico-Union as part of Project Amigos at UCLA. The cartoon mural shows a huge "evil" capsule holding a teen by the neck. An equally evil syringe and pill stand on the right of the capsule. A skull and crossbones appear in a thought bubble over the words, "Drugs are not a laughing matter", and "Donde hay paz no hay drogas", which are written on the left side of the wall. Photo dated: 1979.
