Description
Pictured in this circa 1910 postcard is the Fourth and K Street location of Weinstock, Lubin and Company, a department store and wholesaler chain in Sacramento. Originally operating under the name H. Weinstock and Brothers, the partnership was founded by Harris Weinstock and his half-brother David Lubin in 1875. The pictured building opened in 1904 after a fire destroyed the firm's previous store at the same location.
