Description
Memorandum from Bob Nielsen to Al Shanker regarding a Peter Drucker interview in Psychology Today on student access to easy loans and their effect on tuition fees. Nielsen presents both the arguments for the student loan debt burden on the individual student, and those against this option, which support society's paying for students' education. Drucker supports graduates of professional schools paying an income tax of 5-8% over and above the mean income of the American population to the school from which the degree was earned.
