Author discusses selected themes in the history of second-wave feminism in connection with Mormon feminism while focusing on the emergence of feminist groups, the discovery of history, and the double bind of identity politics where Mormon feminists often suffered from being stigmatized within their own group and yet dismissed by other feminists when they tried to defend their heritage.
