Description: About 35 beautiful homes and cabins stood in ruins after the devastating fire in the Altadena district. Photo shows ruins of the $100,000 Millard Canyon home of R. J. Busch, retired pioneer Los Angeles merchant. Fire fighters estimated that damage would exceed $1,000,000 in the Altadena-La Canada district. Two hundred persons were reported injured. Photo dated: October 25, 1935.
