"Beim Beladen von Kraftwagen" ("Loading trucks"). Photograph of a truck being loaded by four persons with baggage. Separate note reading: "Im Mai 1952 mit dem Gepäck von Frau Hornbostel auf dem Weg nach Aira. Nach dem wir bei Sire die feste Strasse hinter uns gelassen und nach 2 km ein kleines Zwischenstück fester Strasse wieder erreicht hatten, war die Ladung so verschoben, dass wir ganz umpacken mussten. Die dicken Bohlen hatten wir mitgenommen, um ohne Gefah[r] die Birbirbrücke passieren zu können. Rechts ein Strassenbauhaus noch aus italienischer Zeit" ("In May 1952 with the baggage of Mrs. Hornbostel on the way to Ayra.
